Our engineering is strongly backed with our Foil Design Software (Navstok) and Foil Control System (Airy). From early phases, our services are driven by a RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) focus.
2. Prototype Construction & Testing
We can build and test your prototype.
Foilchemy has its own prototype workshop. We can build prototypes up to 6 meters in our own facility. In case we need larger prototypes (up to 30m), we work with Astilleros de Bermeo; a mid-size Shipyard.
Our site is next to the sea and we have a support boat. Therefore, we can offer our clients all the testing phases at an excellent testing site near San Sebastián; more specifically in Pasajes.

3. Technology License
Use our Design SW and control system
Foilchemy’s main target is to generalize the use of foils to all naval industry, and we believe the best way we can help the industry is to license our design software and control system.
We will soon be able to license our Navstok Foil Design Software and give support to our clients. Please send us your contact information in order to be notified as soon as our SW is available.
We will also licence our Airy Foil Control System. We have to cases:
- New Foiler. We will work together with our clients in the design phase to integrate our system to their design.
- Existing Foiler. We will work together with our clients to integrate our system in their foil. Our service will include the integration engineering, the SW and HW, calibration and testing.
